umgebung - composition for a mountain lake

umgebung (germ. for 'environment') was performed as an installative concert at winterleitensee/judenburg, a mountainlake in 5900 feet altitude,
on 12th of august 2010.

umgebung is a work that combines landart & soundart.
it is about movements and positions in an open field.
it is about observing, about listening to distances, about focus and unfocus (using headphones or not),
close and far, audibility and inaudibility.
